Case Highlights
This 125,000-lb tank was transported through a crowded metropolitan area, necessitating some significant route planning and permitting. The tank was loaded by crane onto our Faymonville HighwayMAX-2 trailer, where we secured it and transported it to a staging area at the new site. There the tank was transloaded to 12 lines of Goldhofer THP/SL & ADDrive. We then used a 60’ jumper bridge to span a section of culvert and moved the tank the rest of the distance back into the site, where a crane lifted and set it onto its piers.
