Buckingham Heavy Transport was tasked with relocating a 10’x365′ reefer rack at the Port of Newark. Standing 27 feet high and weighing 200 tons, the structure required careful handling to maintain its integrity during the move. The Buckingham crew cross-braced the rack for stability, then set nine Buckingham dollies under it for transport. Using the Buckingham Power Dolly System with SmartSteer®, the team transported the rack several hundred feet, navigating a corner before setting it over its new foundation.
